The Q App allows users in a nearby proximity to share music with one another over bluetooth and wifi. Users can connect with one another to create playlists. Users are organized into two categories: those that host a playlist and those that join a playlist. Each playlist contains exactly one host who has ultimate authority over who joins their playlist. Once a user is added to that playlist, they can then send their own songs to the host and their playlist syncs with the hosts playlist automatically. In addition, The Q App can be used as a standalone music player.
